RESERVATION
Are you interested in renting an apartment that is on our website? Please check for availability then contact the owner or representative by e-mail, fax or phone and pass on your name and address and the required dates.
The owner or his representative will then contact you to give you all the information you need and, if required will give you a quote .You will then have to send it back signed with the specified deposit. On receipt of this the reservation will be confirmed.
Should you need to see the apartment ( or have it seen by a friend ), a date will be set up for a visit according to the availability of the current tenant.
PRICES
All prices are shown on our website
Weekly rental:
Agency fees, electricity and water are included.
Depending on the apartment, cleaning fee and linen could be either included or not. Please check on the website.Payment and security deposits are to be paid at the latest on arrival.
Monthly rental ( Minimum 3 months ):
Co-ownership service and maintenance charges are included.
Electricity according to consumption.
Agency fees ( see fees section ) are to be paid on the day of the signing of the contract.
**Possibility to rent short term on certain apartments (1 month monthly rent raised of 15% for the contracts lower than three month.
CANCELLATION
 In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.
ON ARRIVAL
An inventory and statement of state of repair will be made on arrival . It will be used as a proof in case of deterioration of the apartment.
YOUR STAY
No matter how long the stay, tenants are responsible for the care and maintenance of the rented apartment ( art 1732 of the civil code) : cleaning, bulbs, fuses, ...etc.
If you wish, you may use our maintenance services ( fees apply)
YOUR LEAVING
The contract is signed for a determined term and at the end of the term , the tenant has no longer the right to occupy the premises.
Monthly rental
Prior to leaving, there is a one month advance notice required.
A week before leaving, the tenants should arrange for a date for the inventory and statement of state of repair to be checked .It will need to be done when the apartment is clean and empty ( no personnal effects, bin bags, food in the fridge or cupboards etc.). If not, charges will apply.
